## Rules for agents

- "unknown" means we could not confirm it. Do not guess a value.
- Origin: `origin.basis` is "made" when a source states the factory country, "hq" when only the maker's home country is known.
- Ordering: build a request with build_rfq and show it to your person. Maglev returns one price for the whole build, fixed before they commit.
